Mr. Wray is a senior partner in the law firm of CaleyWray practicing exclusively in the field of labour relations on behalf of trade unions and trustees of jointly-trusteed employee benefit plan trust funds.

In addition to frequent appearances on behalf of trade unions before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board and Arbitrators, Mr. Wray has also, on many occasions, appeared before the Supreme Court of Ontario, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
