A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Harold Caley was called to the Ontario Bar with Honours in 1972. Harold Caley was given the highest Legal Ability Rating and General Ethical Standards Rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Canadian Law Directory; is regularly listed in "The Best Lawyers in Canada" under Labour and Employment Law; and in L'Expert, a Canadian Legal Directory, as a leading lawyer in labour law, including the construction sector.
