A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Harold Caley was called to the Ontario Bar with Honours in 1972. Harold Caley was given the highest Legal Ability Rating and General Ethical Standards Rating by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell - AV Preeminent Rated Lawyer; named in the 2013 Lexpert/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada; is regularly listed in "The Best Lawyers in Canada" under Labour and Employment Law; and in L'Expert, a Canadian Legal Directory, as a leading lawyer in labour law, including the construction sector. He also has the Osgoode Certificate in Pension Law.
