While in law school, Erin pursued her interest in labour and human rights law through placements with the Council of Canadians with Disabilities, ARCH Disability Law Centre, the Human Rights Research & Education Centre, and the Ottawa and District Injured Workers Group. Erin also worked as a caseworker at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic and the Ticket Defence Program, where she provided legal advice at shelters and represented homeless and street involved individuals in proceedings related to provincial offences.
Prior to joining CaleyWray, Erin articled and worked as legal counsel for a large national union where she practiced in the areas of labour, human rights, and administrative law.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys gardening, cooking, and recreational team sports.
