Long before entering the practice of law, Raymond was passionate about fighting injustice. This passion led him to spending much of his time in law school working with the Community Legal Aid Service Programme and the Community Legal Clinic of York Region to provide legal services to low income clients. After receiving a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, Raymond articled with a major Union-side labour firm. As an associate at CaleyWray, Raymond’s practice includes a variety of labour and employment matters, including both industrial and construction certifications, human rights law and grievance arbitrations.
In addition to his legal career, Raymond has spent time working as a data analyst for a research institute, organizing for political campaigns and judging undergraduate level moots.
Outside of the office, Raymond enjoys frequent camping trips, listening to podcasts and spending time with his rambunctious feline, Dexter.
