Kathryn is an experienced litigator with a particular expertise relating to union organizing campaigns and the acquisition of representational rights. She regularly represents clients, the majority of which are in the construction sector, before labour arbitrators and administrative tribunals.
Kathryn is also a skilled advocate for union members in labour arbitration. Her practice also encompasses various areas of labour and employment law, including human rights and disciplinary matters.
After articling at a union-side labour firm in Toronto, Kathryn joined CaleyWray in 2012. Prior to practicing labour law, she worked at the HIV and AIDS Legal Clinic Ontario in Toronto in the areas of immigration and refugee law, health law, income security and housing and tenant law.
