2013 NEW YEAR’S NEWS

 

We expect 2013 will be a busy and challenging year for our clients. We want to assure you we will be available to assist you in any way possible.

We are happy to announce that JIM NYMAN will continue his practice as Counsel to the firm.

It is with decidedly mixed emotions that we advise that JESSE NYMAN has accepted an appointment as a Vice Chair at the Ontario Labour Relations Board. We are, of course, proud of Jesse and wish him all the best in his new career; we know he will be an excellent adjudicator as a Vice Chair and as a Mediator/Arbitrator in future. He will be missed.

Finally, we are pleased to announce that KATHRYN CARPENTIER has joined the firm. Kathryn articled with a leading Union-side labour firm. We are confident Kathryn will be an excellent addition to the firm.
