Arbitrator Reinstates Grievor with Full Compensation

TCHC discharged an employee who allowed a single mother and her children to live in his TCHC unit. TCHC alleged that the Grievor sought personal gain and breached the Corporation's rules. The arbitrator rejected the allegations and characterization of the Grievor's conduct and ordered that he be reinstated with full compensation.
